Description

  • Manage all onsite construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Lead weekly owner and subcontractor meetings
  • Conduct inspections and ensure code compliance
  • Review construction documents and proactively address issues
  • Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget

Profile

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Public, municipal, education, or government project experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of scheduling software and construction best practices
  • Proven ability to manage complex public-sector projects
