Superintendent / Project Manager - Ground-Up Hotel Construction

GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Colorado Springs commercial builder with hospitality and diverse commercial experience. The company is adding a Superintendent / Project Manager - Ground-Up Hotel Construction to its team in Colorado Springs, CO. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: 8-10 years of experience including ground-up hotel construction. Must be willing to live in or relocate to Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-story, ground-up hotel projects from foundations through brand turnover
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience including ground-up hotel construction. Must be willing to live in or relocate to Colorado Springs.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
