Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain a safe, productive, and organized job site environment
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and trade partners throughout the construction process
• Ensure quality standards are met while keeping projects on schedule and within budget
• Oversee commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects ranging from approximately $1M to $22M
• Support the successful completion of healthcare and commercial upfit projects
• Provide leadership to field teams while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent running construction projects
• Strong commercial construction experience required
• Healthcare construction experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage project schedules and field operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be based in or willing to work in the Raleigh, NC market

• Project performance bonus ranging from $600 - $5,000 based on project profitability
