Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules. Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and look-ahead plans. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations. Lead daily, weekly, and subcontractor coordination meetings. Conduct quality control inspections and proactively address deficiencies. Coordinate inspections, testing, and permit requirements with local authorities. Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and project delays. Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards. Review and coordinate material deliveries, manpower requirements, and equipment utilization. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, site logs, and progress updates. Collaborate closely with Project Managers regarding budget, schedule, change orders, and owner communication. Proven experience managing projects ranging from approximately $15M-$75M+ in value. Strong understanding of wood-frame, podium, wrap-style, garden-style, and mixed-use multifamily construction. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management. OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain quickly). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experience.
