An established construction management firm is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to support pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing projects throughout the Research Triangle region. This role offers the opportunity to help build and grow a new regional presence while leading highly technical projects in regulated environments.

Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of pharmaceutical construction projects.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track progress and address challenges.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Resolve any on-site issues to minimize delays and disruptions.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Pharmaceutical Construction should have:

  • Proven experience in construction management, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate construction teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting construction documents.
