Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction operations and ensure compliance with project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations and standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy in construction. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and project management teams. Resolve on-site challenges and provide solutions to ensure project goals are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Pharmaceutical Construction should have: Proven Superintendent experience on pharmaceutical construction projects. Strong knowledge of cleanrooms, stainless steel systems, and aseptic packaging environments. Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing facilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings.
