Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Manage and direct craft labor, field personnel, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and project timelines
- Assist with workforce planning, staffing decisions, and performance management of field personnel
- Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics
- Review project costs, field expenditures, and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper coding
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment, safety, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience leading field operations on commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, education, or other large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
