Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Manage daily field operations and supervise subcontractor activities.
- Enforce infection control, safety, and compliance requirements within occupied healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate closely with hospital staff and facility representatives to minimize operational disruptions.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure quality execution.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and workmanship to keep projects on track.
- Lead daily site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and field reports.
- Resolve field issues proactively and communicate solutions to project stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project standards and client expectations.
- Support punch list completion, closeout activities, and project turnover documentation.
- Maintain a professional jobsite environment while managing work in sensitive, occupied facilities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing commercial interior construction projects as a Superintendent.
- Ability to lead projects within occupied healthcare or other highly sensitive environments.
- Strong knowledge of site safety, subcontractor management, and schedule coordination.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work throughout the DC Metro and Baltimore region.
