Superintendent - Nationally Recognized GC - Charleston

Premier Multifamily Builder is seeking a Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments in the Charleston, SC market. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong #2 Superintendent looking to step into a high-visibility role with a financially stable organization experiencing continued growth.

Description

• Support the successful construction of large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments.
• Assist in managing daily field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.
• Partner closely with project leadership to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are achieved.
• Coordinate construction activities to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Help drive communication between field teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to delivering high-end residential communities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Play a key role in project execution from site startup through completion.

Profile

• Experience serving as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or strong #2 Superintendent.
• Background in large-scale ground-up multifamily construction required.
• Experience with wood-frame multifamily projects preferred.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site safety.
• Proven communication and leadership skills in a field-based construction environment.
• Desire to grow within a nationally established multifamily organization.

Job Offer

• Compensation up to $170K
• Annual Bonus: 15% of base salary (paid quarterly)
• Vehicle Allowance: $700 per month
