• Oversee daily construction site activities and coordinate work across active project areas.
• Review project plans and schedules to guide daily work and meet project milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain clear priorities and steady progress.
• Monitor work quality and address site issues to keep work aligned with project requirements.
• Maintain a safe job site by reinforcing site safety practices and identifying potential hazards.
• Track construction progress and communicate updates, needs, and schedule concerns to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment to support planned construction activities.
• Document site activity, field conditions, and completed work to maintain accurate project records.
