Superintendent for local Kansas City general contractorAll local Kansas City projects with no outside travel Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, is preferred but not required. Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain quality standards and project schedules.
• Ensure site safety compliance and enforce safety standards at all times.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for internal and external parties.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to avoid delays in construction.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of field experience as a Superintendent
• Experience with ground up, multifamily projects is required
• A proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• A focus on delivering high-quality results while staying on schedule.

A full-service general contracting firm located just outside of Kansas City. They focus primarily ground up multifamily and commercial projects, up to $40M in value. They are looking for a strong Superintendent to run local projects. No travel outside of the Greater Kansas City area.
