The company is looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale multifamily developments from site mobilization through project completion.

A growing multifamily builder with a strong portfolio of mid-rise, mixed-use, and luxury apartment developments throughout the Chicagoland area.

Description

  • Manage daily jobsite activities and trade coordination
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety standards
  • Coordinate inspections and quality control efforts
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve field issues
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards
  • Work closely with project management teams and ownership groups

Profile

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Multifamily construction experience required
  • Strong scheduling and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of OSHA and site safety regulations
  • Ability to lead teams and maintain project momentum
