Superintendent - Multifamily (Chattanooga)

As a Superintendent - Multifamily (Chattanooga) in Houston, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities for multifamily projects. You will coordinate site work, schedules, and trade partners to keep construction moving safely and in line with project plans.

Description

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Superintendent will manage all field activities from project kickoff through completion.

• Direct daily field operations and site logistics
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
• Maintain project schedules and production goals
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Conduct project meetings and progress updates
• Utilize Procore for project management and reporting
• Manage project turnover and closeout activities

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily (Chattanooga) should have:

• Approximately 10 years of construction experience preferred
• General contractor experience strongly preferred
• Experience with commercial projects including retail, office, healthcare, restaurant, or adaptive reuse
• Procore experience required
• Bluebeam experience preferred
• Construction Management degree preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
