Construction Site Manager
Our client is a respected construction management, design-build, and general contracting company serving Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and site logistics
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges
- Enforce site safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants
- Track project progress and maintain accurate daily reports using Procore
- Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication across project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Superintendent on multifamily and/or affordable housing projects
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site operations independently
- Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety practices
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Massachusetts CSL License required for candidates pursuing the Amesbury project
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
