Superintendent - Mission Critical

A general contractor in the Dallas area is hiring a Superintendent to lead mission critical and data center construction.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on mission critical and data center projects
• Coordinate heavy MEP scopes, electrical and mechanical sequencing, and commissioning
• Drive safety, quality and schedule on large, fast-paced sites
• Manage subcontractor crews and site logistics

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a superintendent with a commercial general contractor
• Mission critical, data center or other MEP-intensive project experience
• Working knowledge of commissioning (Level 1–5) preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred
