Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionLead and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on the construction site. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts to maintain smooth operations. Oversee the quality control process to ensure all work meets specifications and expectations. Manage construction schedules and budgets effectively.
