This is an opportunity to join an established South Florida General Contractor with a long-standing presence in the Miami market and experience across ground-up residential, multifamily high-rise, commercial, and institutional construction . • Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and construction activities
• Maintain project schedules and drive work toward key milestones
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership
• Ensure high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship
• Lead inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward
