MEP Superintendent

Lead field execution of MEP construction activities on large-scale projects. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty trade partners to maintain schedule and quality goals. Manage daily site operations while ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to drive project success. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality. Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities. Support construction planning, sequencing, and coordination efforts throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong communication with project teams and leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives. Travel to future project assignments as needed to support ongoing business growth and operational needs.
