Superintendent - Memory Care / Assisted Living

A well-established commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee Assisted Living and Memory Care construction projects in Tennessee.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing ground-up Assisted Living and/or Memory Care projects
• Strong understanding of FGI guidelines and healthcare construction requirements
• Proven ability to lead projects from groundbreaking through closeout
• Commitment to quality, safety, and maintaining project schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Work closely with the project team to deliver successful projects on time and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
