Job Description
Manage daily site operations on ground-up tilt wall and industrial projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project logistics. Oversee civil work, building shell construction, interiors, and finish-out phases. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders. Drive projects to completion while meeting budget, schedule, and quality targets.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Melbourne Tilt Wall & Industrial should have:
- 5-8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven background delivering tilt wall and industrial projects
- Strong ground-up experience including sitework, interiors, and finishes
- Ability to discuss project scope, construction methods, and personal contributions in detail
- Team-oriented professional with strong communication and leadership skills
