Superintendent (Marine / Heavy Civil)

The Construction Superintendent (Marine / Heavy Civil) will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role will involve coordinating on-site operations and collaborating with teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

My Client is an award winning Heavy Civil and Marine Contractor based in South Jersey with a presence in Central NJ. Operations extend into NY, DE, PA DMV, and NJ.

Description

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a productive work environment.

Profile

Job Offer
