    • Run the marine scope in the field—daily operations, subcontractors, schedule, environmental/safety compliance—and coordinate closely with PM/PE for on-time delivery.

    What you’ll do day-to-day

    • Manage daily operations for marine construction projects.

    • Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and schedules.

    • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

    • Solve challenges on site and keep stakeholders informed.

    What you bring

    • 8+ years in marine or heavy civil construction.

    • Proven leadership in field supervision.

    • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related degree preferred.

    OSHA 10 certification preferred.
