• Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure timely progress and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to align schedules and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to blueprints and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project flow.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities.
• Foster clear communication among all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Superintendent for local Kansas City project. Once local project is completed, must be open to Midwest travel.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of field experience as a Superintendent
• Experience with commercial projects is required, with a preference for retail and restaurant projects
• A proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• A focus on delivering high-quality results while staying on schedule.
