    Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of site development, including grading, roads, utilities, and heavy civil construction. This leadership role is responsible for managing multiple crews, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

    What You'll Do

    • Supervise daily site operations to ensure work aligns with project plans, schedules, and safety standards
    • Manage, train, and discipline field crews to promote productivity and accountability
    • Coordinate with owners, engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and align goals
    • Review and approve employee timecards for accuracy and compliance
    • Organize subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries to maintain workflow
    • Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct regular safety meetings
    • Maintain accurate project records, including labor hours, equipment use, and progress reports
    • Use construction management software, spreadsheets, and email to track schedules and documentation

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, grading, or roadwork
    • Proven leadership experience managing and developing crews
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees, owners, and stakeholders
    • Proficiency in construction management software, spreadsheets, and email communication
    • Strong knowledge of earthwork, drainage, and utility installation
    • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schedules
    • OSHA safety knowledge required
    • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
