Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
Drive schedule performance and coordinate trade sequencing
Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards
Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
Serve as primary on-site point of contact for owners and stakeholders
Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communication
Support punch list, inspections, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent w/ General Contractor
Experience working on large scale ground up Tilt Wall projects required (10M+)
Excellent communication skills
OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus
