Superintendent / Lead Superintendent - Commercial and Industrial

GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large, well-respected general contractor with a long-established Boise office serving advanced technology, healthcare, industrial, life science and multifamily clients. The company is adding a Superintendent / Lead Superintendent - Commercial and Industrial to its team in Boise, ID. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Experience across heavy industrial, commercial, healthcare, life science and/or multifamily projects. Lead-level superintendents considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technology, clean room, healthcare and industrial projects
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
• Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

• Experience across heavy industrial, commercial, healthcare, life science and/or multifamily projects. Lead-level superintendents considered.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
