Job Description
- Lead day-to-day field operations for multifamily, military housing, and residential construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, inspections, and project logistics
- Drive project schedules and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and project leadership teams
- Monitor quality control, site safety, and production goals
- Manage project documentation, daily reports, and field communication
- Resolve construction challenges and maintain project momentum
- Support planning and scheduling efforts to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial, multifamily, residential, or military housing projects
- Experience managing field operations and multiple subcontractor trades
- Background in multifamily construction strongly preferred
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills; P6 experience is a plus
- Experience with concrete, podium, high-rise, military housing, or large-scale residential projects preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems and lead teams in fast-paced construction environments
- Stable work history with demonstrated career growth
- Strong communication and organizational skills
