Our client is a confidential, design-driven luxury residential general contractor specializing in the construction of custom homes, estate renovations, and architecturally complex residences throughout the Los Angeles market. With an established reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and client service, the company partners with elite architects, interior designers, and homeowners to deliver some of Southern California's most sophisticated residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on custom home projects ranging from high-end renovations to ground-up luxury estates.

Our Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Leading all field operations from site mobilization through final completion and homeowner turnover.
• Managing ground-up custom luxury homes, estate renovations, and architecturally significant residential projects throughout Los Angeles.
• Overseeing daily construction activities while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Developing and managing short-term and long-term project schedules.
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and design teams throughout construction.
• Managing site logistics, inspections, permitting requirements, and project sequencing.
• Overseeing installation of luxury finishes, custom millwork, specialty materials, and high-end residential systems.
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and adherence to design intent.
• Leading subcontractor meetings and maintaining accountability across all trades.
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to maintain project schedules and budget objectives.
• Managing project punch lists, commissioning activities, and final turnover to ownership.
• Serving as the primary field representative while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal Superintendent will have:

• 7+ years of experience managing custom luxury residential construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up custom homes and high-end residential renovations.
• Experience overseeing projects valued from $5M to $50M+.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, structural systems, waterproofing, and luxury finish installation.
• Extensive experience coordinating custom millwork, stonework, specialty finishes, and bespoke architectural details.
• Knowledge of high-end residential MEP systems, lighting controls, integrated technology, and smart home systems.
• Experience working directly with homeowners, architects, and interior design teams.
• Strong understanding of Los Angeles building codes, permitting processes, inspections, and residential construction requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• A proven ability to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards and client satisfaction.

We are offering this role:

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
