Description

  • Manage daily onsite construction activities and field operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules.
  • Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with project management and trade partners.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with construction project management in the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
