Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
- Manage project safety programs and enforce company safety standards.
- Conduct progress meetings and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to drive successful project outcomes.
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and cost overruns.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent K-12 should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Strong background delivering K-12, Higher Education, or institutional projects.
- Experience managing projects valued at $15 million or greater.
- Thorough understanding of scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety.
- Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams in a collaborative manner.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- OSHA safety training and a commitment to maintaining safe jobsites.
