Description
* Direct daily field activities and project execution
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and construction schedules
* Ensure compliance with contract documents and project requirements
* Conduct subcontractor meetings and provide daily reporting
* Support schedule updates, RFI management, and site coordination
Profile
* 8-10 years of Superintendent experience
* Institutional renovation experience within active facilities
* Strong subcontractor and field coordination skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Must live within 45 minutes of Kendall, FL
