Job Description
- Manage all field operations.
- Create and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.
- Responsible for all labor and equipment costs, including input with the monthly projections.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risk.
- Understand the contract documents to foresee problems before they arise.
- Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor.
- Manage jobsite cleanliness.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings.
- Prepare daily logs.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a lead superintendent
- Experience running your own self perform crews, preferred but not required
- Experience in ground up vertical construction
- Healthcare, Industrial, Education, or Commercial project experience
- Working on projects $10MM+
