Superintendent
A reputable general contractor based in West Palm and working throughout South Florida. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader with experience managing ground-up commercial construction, automotive dealership facilities, renovations, and tenant improvement projects. The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description
Oversee daily construction site activities to keep property projects on schedule. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to maintain planned work sequences. Review project plans and site conditions to guide day-to-day construction work. Monitor work quality and address site issues as they arise. Track project progress and communicate updates to the construction department. Maintain a safe job site and reinforce site safety practices. Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries to support scheduled work. Document site activity, progress, and key construction updates.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: experience overseeing daily construction site activities. Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews. Ability to read and work from construction plans and project documents. Experience monitoring project schedules, quality, and site progress. Knowledge of job site safety practices. Ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries.
