Job Description

Oversee daily field operations for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects. Coordinate concrete, structural, and trade partner activities to maintain schedules. Enforce site safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout construction. Collaborate with project teams to resolve field issues and drive project milestones. Manage subcontractor performance, logistics, inspections, and project reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

7+ years of construction experience in the field
Proven background working for a concrete subcontractor rather than a GC
Strong knowledge of concrete structures and high-rise construction sequencing
Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
