Job Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address project needs and updates.
- Monitor and control project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and clients.
- Resolve any on-site issues to avoid project delays.
- Oversee quality control to ensure high-end finishes and craftsmanship.
