Please apply within for immediate consideration within 24 hours.Job DescriptionThe Construction Superintendent - Healthcare and Life Science Renovations will be responsible for:Oversee and manage the successful execution of lab and life science construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure efficient work-flow and timely completion.Lead site personnel, providing guidance, mentoring, and supervision to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance.Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong commitment to quality control and assurance.Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate smooth project communication.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and value engineering to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
