Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications. Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify and resolve issues. Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate work between multiple trades. Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project team. Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site environment. Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Experience managing ground-up and/or interior fit-out construction projects. Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing. Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades effectively. Proficiency with construction management technology, preferably Procore. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability to travel throughout the Route 495 corridor and Greater Boston project locations. Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, or Commercial Construction is a plus, but not required. Desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.
