Job Description
My client is seeking an Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in Healthcare, Commercial projects.
- Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Proven track record of participating in jobs from cradle to grave
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with commercial projects
- Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
