Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities.
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and project execution.
- Direct construction efforts on base building, interior renovation, and occupied renovation projects.
- Coordinate with project teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively address field challenges.
- Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to drive efficiency and successful project outcomes.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 7 to 15 years of construction experience in a Superintendent role.
- Experience managing projects valued at $30M and below.
- Background in base building, interior renovation, and/or occupied renovation projects.
- Healthcare construction experience.
- Ability to independently manage project schedules and field operations.
- Experience using Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
