Job Description

The Superintendent will:

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities.
  • Oversee site safety, quality control, and project execution.
  • Direct construction efforts on base building, interior renovation, and occupied renovation projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively address field challenges.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and project teams to drive efficiency and successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 7 to 15 years of construction experience in a Superintendent role.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $30M and below.
  • Background in base building, interior renovation, and/or occupied renovation projects.
  • Healthcare construction experience.
  • Ability to independently manage project schedules and field operations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
