Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

* Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project completion

* Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders

* Lead occupied renovations, base building, and interior fit-out projects valued up to $30M+

* Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved

Lead projects up to $30M across the DMVStrong healthcare and occupied renovation pipeline

* 3-7 years of construction superintendent experience

* Background delivering healthcare construction projects

* Experience with occupied renovations and interior fit-outs

* Proven ability to self-manage schedules and project execution

* Proficiency with Microsoft Project and field coordination
