Superintendent - Healthcare
The Superintendent - Healthcare will:
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless workflow.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Monitor project budgets and track progress to identify and address potential issues.
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications effectively.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all permits and inspections are completed and documented as required
