• Lead ground-up commercial projects from site mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, and project stakeholders
• Manage safety, quality, scheduling, and daily site operations
• Oversee site development, utility, concrete, and structural activities
• Resolve field challenges quickly to maintain project schedules.

• Salary ranging from $80.000 to $130.000 USD annually.
