Lead the Work That Keeps Projects Moving.Stoa Group is hiring a Superintendent to help lead the field execution for The Flats at Greenville, a 312-unit, ground-up multifamily community in Greenville, North CarolinaAs Superintendent, you'll own the successful execution of the project's core building phases, coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), inspections, subcontractors, and field operations from open wall through insulation. Working alongside the Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager, you'll help keep the project moving safely, on schedule, and to Stoa's quality standards.Our projects are large-scale, wood-frame multifamily communities developed, built, and operated by Stoa Group.
