Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout. Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily coordination. Work closely with the Project Manager to drive schedule and cost alignment. Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance standards. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for documentation and tracking. Build strong rapport between field teams and office leadership.

The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent. Extensive ground-up commercial project experience. Experience delivering projects from start to finish. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. OSHA certification required. Strong leadership presence and communication skills. Ideal candidates will come from reputable regional or national GCs and be comfortable running mid-sized commercial builds independently.
