SuperintendentThe Superintendent will:Lead all day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects.Manage ground-up projects ranging from $20M to $140M+ in value.Coordinate project activities with owners, project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Conduct constructability reviews and proactively resolve jobsite challenges.Maintain project schedules and coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor sequencing.Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all OSHA requirements.Monitor project quality and oversee inspections to ensure work meets project standards.Complete daily reports, logs, and project documentation.Utilize construction technology platforms to track progress and communicate project updates.Support successful project completion while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
