Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial Construction

Manage day-to-day operations on ground-up commercial construction sites. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times. Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Communicate progress and resolve issues with stakeholders, including clients and project managers. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure work aligns with project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
