Family-first GC with Strong Work-life Balance & Company Vehicle!Lead on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completion. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Drive project schedules while maintaining quality standards and budget objectives. Coordinate daily site activities, logistics, and communication between project stakeholders. Conduct site meetings and proactively resolve field challenges. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Estimators, and ownership. Oversee a variety of public, commercial, institutional, and renovation projects. Work primarily within one hour of the Freeport, Maine office, with projects located throughout the Greater Portland region. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have:Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Proficiency with project management software and tools.Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project demands.
