What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Monitor workmanship, quality control, and jobsite safety
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and daily jobsite coordination
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents
• Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to keep projects on track
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of commercial construction experience
• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or strong Field Supervisor
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Procore or similar construction software experience is a plus
