    About the Role


    Stocks General Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations across our underground utility and civil construction projects.


    This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to manage multiple projects, lead field teams, and maintain accountability for performance and results.


    What You’ll Do


    Oversee field operations across multiple projects or large-scale job sites
    Lead and support Foremen and field crews to ensure efficient execution
    Plan and coordinate project schedules, labor, and equipment
    Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
    Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA and company policies
    Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
    Track project progress, production, and performance
    Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget


    What We’re Looking For


    8–10+ years of experience in civil construction or underground utilities
    Proven experience managing field operations and leading teams
    Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and methods
    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
    Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability


    Preferred


    Experience with commercial, industrial, or government projects
    Familiarity with project scheduling and cost tracking
    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus


    Certifications


    OSHA 30-Hour Certification


    Schedule & Pay


    Full-Time | Salary
    Monday–Friday (project-based hours; flexibility required)
    Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives
