About the Role:
The Superintendent for Grounds Keeping & Landscape is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, enhancement, and overall aesthetic quality of outdoor spaces across various properties. This role ensures that all landscaping projects and groundskeeping activities are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, contributing to the visual appeal and environmental health of the site. The superintendent will lead and manage a team of groundskeepers and landscapers, coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and providing training to maintain productivity and quality. They will also collaborate with property managers, vendors, and contractors to plan and implement landscaping improvements and seasonal plantings. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in creating and sustaining attractive, safe, and functional outdoor environments that meet organizational goals and community expectations.
